Upgrade Paths

NGINX Instance Manager 2.21.1 supports upgrades from these previous versions:

• 2.18.0 - 2.21.0

If your NGINX Instance Manager version is older, you may need to upgrade to an intermediate version before upgrading to the target version.

What’s new

This release includes the following updates:

• NGINX Instance Manager Health Monitoring Feature

  Starting with NGINX Instance Manager version 2.21.1, the platform includes the following:

  • Health check endpoint for overall platform health (GET /api/platform/v1/health)
  • Aggregated health monitoring script for overall platform status (Script location: /etc/nms/scripts/health-aggregator.sh)

Resolved issues

This release fixes the following issues. Use your browser’s search function to find the issue ID in the page.

• Usage reporting shows higher values than actual consumption (46867)
