  • F5 ADS for AWS is now generally available

To get application delivery in the cloud, you can combine several native services. Each service has its own configuration, limits, and management overhead. F5 ADS for AWS brings these capabilities into a fully managed platform:

  • Reverse proxy and load balancing: Unified Layer 4 and Layer 7 traffic management
  • API gateway and rate limiting: Secure, high-performance API delivery
  • Authentication and authorization: Built-in access controls
  • Content caching: Accelerated content delivery at the edge
  • Web application firewall: Integrated application-layer security

F5 ADS for AWS gives you consistent configuration and unified observability.

Other key capabilities include:

  • Adaptive load balancing for optimized traffic management
  • Advanced deployment strategies, including blue-green and canary patterns
  • Deep visibility with more than 200 real-time metrics and Amazon CloudWatch integration
  • Strong security controls, including role-based access control and end-to-end encryption
